Overview:
- The add on adds a Poke platform to your forum where users can poke each other.
- Users with the appropriate permissions can poke each other either through the Poke button in their hoover cards or from their profiles. When an user pokes someone they won't be able to poke the same person twice, but they will have to wait until the poked person responds to their poke by poking them back. And only then they will be able to poke the same user again. And so on and soforth.
- Whenever an user gets poked, they will receive an alert. The poke alert can be disabled from their Preferences and uncheck the Pokes you checkbox.
- Banned members can't be poked.
- Only valid users can be poked.
- Ignored block. If a user ignores someone, that ignored user can't poke them.
- Last activity criteria. If an user hasn't been online for a certain amount of time set by the admin, they can't be poked.
- 24 hour poking limit. To prevent abuse of poking a limit on how many users someone can poke can be set from the add on 's settings.
- Unpokable users. If someone doesn't want to be poked, or someone is abusing the poking platform they can be set as unpokable and they won't be able to poke other users again.
- Unpokable groups. You can make a whole group or groups unpokable so they won't be able to poke users.
- Users with the permissions to poke unlimited will bypass all the aforementioned restrictions.
- Users will see who poked them from their own profiles where a new tab called Pokes has been added. They can filter the pokes and search for users who poked them. Users with permissions to view all pokes will be able to see the pokes for every user.
- Users can keep track of the pokes that they have given from their own visitor accounts where a new tab called Pokes has been added. They can filter the pokes and search for users who they have poked.
- Members poke count will be displayed on their profiles, hoover cards & postbits. Each of those stats can be enabled / disabled from the add-on 's settings.
- A widget listing most poked users is available.
- Most poked members are added to the notable members page.
- Users with permissions to view all pokes have a centralized overview of all user pokes on the front end, under the Moderators menu links. They can see who poked whom and on what date. They can filter the pokes and search for users who poked, who got poked and in what time frame.
- Admins can view all pokes from the user pokes log in the admin panel. They can see who poked whom and on what date. They can filter the pokes and search for users who poked, who got poked and in what time frame. They can also clear all pokes from there.
- The add on adds a cron task that will prune logs older than a certain amount of days which can be set at the add on 's settings.
- Edit members poke count field when editing members from the admin panel.
